Shaun is a Director at Measured Consulting with over 31 years of Quantity Surveying experience spanning all stages of the project lifecycle. Since 1994, he has delivered a wide range of projects across Australia and the UK, building a strong reputation within the construction industry for professionalism and an attention to detail.  Shaun has opened and managed multiple offices for large Quantity Surveying firms both on the Gold Coast and in Cairns.

Shaun specialises in the aviation, residential, and commercial sectors within Queensland and brings deep expertise in cost management, cost estimating, and the full suite of professional consultancy services. His long-standing industry experience, combined with a practical and solution‑focused approach, enables him to provide reliable, strategic advice to clients throughout every phase of their projects.

Lawrence is an accomplished Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience across residential, hospitality, commercial, health, aged care, education, aviation, and retail projects throughout South-East Queensland, Northern NSW, and the UK.

He focuses on the residential and hotel development markets in South-East Queensland and the Northern Rivers, bringing strong insight into local construction markets, procurement strategies, and key cost drivers. Lawrence is known for his practical, commercially focused advice and his ability to combine technical rigour with real-world construction knowledge to support confident decision-making.

Mikaela is a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator with almost 10 years’ experience across both contracting and consultancy environments. Based on the Gold Coast, she brings strong capability in cost planning, estimating, and post-contract services, supported by in-depth local market knowledge.

While her primary focus is residential projects, Mikaela has also delivered work across a broad range of sectors including aviation, hotels, health, subdivisions, and entertainment developments. This cross-sector experience allows her to bring a well-rounded, adaptable perspective to every project.

Known for her warm and friendly manner, Mikaela prides herself on being approachable and maintaining clear, open lines of communication throughout the project duration, with all parties involved. Her practical mindset and collaborative working style enable her to provide accurate, dependable cost advice and confidently support clients through every stage of project delivery.

Kristy has built a diverse and well‑rounded professional background across multiple disciplines, with expertise spanning interior design and architecture, professional editing and proofreading, and more than 15 years of management and administrative leadership within the health sector.
